"We arrived at 2am and there were clear instructions as to where the overnight check-in was. This was not a problem. However, there was no toilet roll in the room. This was a problem at 2am at 1800 metres up on the mountainside.. The following morning, we were allocated 1 roll of toilet paper, and thereafter, you had to buy your own.
