“As a party of seven, six of us have never been to New York. This hotel was amazing. Close to Times Square the Broadway Shows, shopping, and a 10 minute walk to Carnegie Hall. The staff from the beginning to the end of our stay were friendly and inviting. The Bar on site had good drinks and very delicious menu items.The rooms are clean and serviced daily, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel even accommodated us to have connecting rooms that way, the little cousins could interact, and……

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card.
And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself.
And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request.
I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
