「They did not clean the private beach, so there were mounds of rotting sea grass. Not only was the beach completely unavailable, you could smell the rot at the restaurant and in the rooms across the street - even down the street! While there aren't beaches on the other side of the island, you don't have the seagrass at the marina. And the other side is more convenient to excursions. Some employees were nicer than others. Some just silently helped me with no words at all - like I was a bother....
