"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Disney Explorer Lodge. The close proximity to the parks meant not having to worry about getting back home or even to the park with shuttle services operating up until past closing time to ensure guests made it back to the hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful and made the stay even better. Very suited to family’s this lodge as the whole setup is adorable. Overall, would defz recommend "

"The chef at the buffet was rude and gave me a hard time and attitude when I asked him if he could make my eggs/omelette with a dif spatula being that I am allergic to regular eggs. He had an attitude, told me it’d be 20 minutes when there was no one else in line. Finally, we had to get the attention of the other wait staff to hurry things along, as we needed to get the shuttle so we didn’t miss our flight. "

"Nice and fancy hotel"

"Very nice hotel near TKO subway station and connected to shopping center with lots of restaurant options. Therefore very convenient. The hotel room was very spacious above 500sq ft and they even provide a crib for our baby. The only down side was that there was the smell of sewer in the bathroom but when we called housekeeping, they came quickly to correct the issue by pouring down bleach and the smell disappeared. The hotel staff was also very nice!"

"Bathroom was a kind of old and the hair blow dryer is out date not working properly. Other than that everything is good"

"Location is excellent. Can walk to subway stations within 5 minutes. Room is clean but moist. You have to turn on the aircon for 24 hours to get your bed feels dry enough to sleep into. Amenities are a little bit old but still in good enough condition. Good for what you've paid for."

"Great place for family stay , lots of things to do swing, games, zipline, gardening etc. Food options are good , view is great when no air pollution, nice artificial beach nearby. Parking was 300 hkd per day or short term near by meter parking. Second short term stay would comeback again . "

"A no-nonsense hotel. Nothing special and nothing wrong and it still maintains real bathrooms instead of the shower pods with in-room sinks that have become depressingly normal these days. Great location, boosted by the new Exhibition Centre MTR, good staff, but the main strength is its rooms. Big, clean and well appointed at the price point."

"It was a nice place. Good restaurants. The room was too small. You’re in a box maybe a 10 x 10 room. You need a plug jack because our plugs don’t work a lot of construction going on outside taxis are very expensive but it was a nice place."
