"The Hotel AM Konzerthaus has an efficient and friendly staff. Check-in was easy, the room was very clean and tidy, and they even sent us a special gift for our anniversary after the reception person happened to ask if there was any special occasion we were celebrating. The location is close to the concert venues and art museums as well as shopping and dining."

"Excellent location, clean, close proximity to everything. Only down fall, the AC was not working properly and got a bit hot at night. It was raining and it was nice they offered umbrellas for guest. I didn’t know how important this was until I got to Florence and the hotel had no umbrellas for guests and had to buy one. "

"A well located, stylish and elegant hotel. The period décor and ambiance along with the old-school courtesy of the staff make a refreshing change from modern, identikit hotels. The room was clean, comfortable and, despite the hotel’s central location, very quiet. The breakfast offering was generous and of high quality. And the late check-out deadline was most useful for late departing customers. "

"Hotel Leonardo HBF in Prague is a great property close to Prague Central station, astronomical clock, Charles Bridge and many shopping and dining venues. Breakfast is a paid option and is quite good. The breakfast room doubles as a Thai restaurant in the evening. This hotel is walkable from many Prague attractions; highly recommended."

"Overall, very good. Easy access to the main train station across the street. Accessibility from the airport to the hotel was a breeze by train for a very reasonable price of under 5 Euro. Excellent panoramic view of the entire city from the top floor. Excellent front desk staff. Only negative I would say is the price of breakfast for 27 Euro I thought was way over priced for 1 person who only wanted eggs and bacon. Just skipped it. If you have an early morning flight, best to take an Uber...

"People were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. The location was great- 2 block walk to the U3 and 4 blocks to the ring and trams. Lots of places to eat, drink and shop close by. Breakfast was very good- great coffee, lots of tea choices, meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, brotchen, kuchen, eggs, sausages, fruit juice, etc. It is not pretentious and fancy. It is much better than basic lodging."

"Nice hotel, nice area. About 20 minutes walk to the city centre, and entrance to an underground station directly outside the hotel. The room was perfectly comfortable, very neat and clean. Only annoying thing was the music from the rooftop bar on Friday evening/night, which I could hear in my room on the floor below. Not super loud, but the bass really carries. Also, they should seriously consider getting a squat rack for the fitness room."

"A very comfortable, clean hotel. The breakfast offering is very extensive. I like that it is located very close to the Ubahn station and near the Schonbrunn palace. There's a very lovely park with trails around the palace if you like to get in a daily run. There are several restaurants and a small market located nearby. The room I stayed in was nice but it was a little noisy somehow. I could hear other guests through the walls and ceiling, but otherwise i had a nice stay here."
