「Deluxe junior suite was beautiful! Adults really should stick with Westin Club pool. Best food was at Faisinella. Bamboo Asian was really bad. Caracola has most diverse menu and pretty good. Bathrooms in restaurant area were shameful. Sunset at beach incredible, but local vendors can be annoying. Overall still a great resort!」

「It really was a great hotel, property was really great. The free breakfast was a huge plus. My only complaints are the rooms really need to be renovated.Very outdated. Rooms are very hot. And the bartenders need to be a lot faster. 20 min for a drink is crazy when there are only 8 people at the bar, consistently for 6 straight nights. Other than that the location is prime and my family had a great time. 」

「The property was very nice. Spa was great. Villa was amazing. Restaurants need help. Service is very slow and you have to get up from table to ask for things. Didn’t like that the pool Bar/Restaurant closed so early. Pools are also way too warm. 」

「This is a gorgeous property but not as all inclusive as you'd think for the price.They try to get you to a timeshare meeting when you arrive but they aren't too pushy. Then, as you go, you find out there are a lot of "yes, buts". For example, we asked a bartender if we could take a bottle of wine back to our room with us and he said yes just call room service. So we did and they said the limit was 2 glasses and it would be a 45 minute wait. The staff were friendly but you had to pay mucho out of...
