"Everything was just about perfect! The only thing I wish were more available, was more toilet paper in the bathroom. Stayed for two nights, and had to resort to using Kleenex tissues the second evening and night. Also, the plug in the bathtub unfortunately did not work."

"The location was perfect for us with easy access to the subway and walking distance to many places of interest. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful and the same was true of the diningroom staff working at breakfast. We never heard any other guests when in our room. The room layout was the best we've ever had for two people whose sleep schedules are different. "

"I did not see much for late night eating in the casino. Also did not like that they would not convert my Canadian winnings in the casino back to American dollars. In Niagara Falls casinos they convert Canadian money to American no problem."
