"Excellent restaurant staff excellent Front Desk employees excellent housekeeping EXCEPT for Front Desk supervisor. She was absolutely terrible. bad attitude. Unwilling to help. Actually rude to address the most reasonable requests. Light speed jumping to the word no. even after one of the Front Desk employees had successfully resolved our minor request, she butted in to undo what he had done. Not sure of her name but she was the daytime front desk supervisor. "

Walking distance of numerous activities including Inner Harbor and Stadiums. Easy parking on site. No need to pay for parking or valet. Overall a wonderful experience. "
