"Home Away From Home I had the pleasure of staying at Heidi’s property for three lovely nights in July. From the moment I stepped into her foyer I felt welcomed, comfortable and safe. "We absolutely love staying here! It’s always so relaxing! This time however after spending a couple hours on the beach and a swim in the pool we went back to our room and had no hot water. Not in the tub sinks or the shower. We had to take a cold shower which was awful. We spent the next couple hours trying to warm back up. For as much as we pay to stay here that should never be the case. "

"Had an ok time but ran into a couple issues. 1. None of the handicapped buttons worked that would open doors in numerous areas. 2. Outdoor pool closed at 3pm when the weather was in the mid 80’s. 3. The refrigerator in the room stopped working and spoiled milk for a toddler. 4. Not able to checkout late. 5. Restaurant/Bar area by pool was closed the whole 3 day stay. 6.
