“Had a great stay, everything is clean and room is very nice. Water pressure is great and room temperature just right. One thing gets to me a little is that the towels seem to leave a lot of cootton on my body and hands after use, which the hotel should look into it. "Good: The hotel is well located and impressive in its public areas. All the staff are friendly and polite The breakfast is very good Not so good: The room itself was not too impressive. The room was stuffy, safe didn’t work, and the shower was a trickle. Overall location 10 out of 10 so if you are out and about exploring York all day and arriving/departing by train it would be good choice. If you want to relax in your room then I would recommend a different room category or another hotel. "
