“The resort exceeded all of my expectations. We had an ocean view suite with gorgeous sunrise views, a comfortable bed, relaxing balcony and huge clean bathroom. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The property was very well maintained. There are a lot of families with small kids, so be prepared for that at pool time. Otherwise, the resort was fairly quiet. You don't hear people in the room next to you. Really nice stay. I would love to return again!”

“DEFINITELY do NOT get a room on the inside street from the water. The hotel has numerous buildings so be careful what you book (or where they place you). Our room was like a 1970s motel…. except it was VERY OVERPRICED. We could hardly get around the bed. Fortunately we we able to locate a more acceptable room, although still “on the wrong side of the street”. Housekeeping was very nice. A few small pools, no hot tub, and could not find a seat at the main pool (across the street).”

“The Pier House has an excellent location to Duval Street and Mallory Square, but there are numerous opportunities for improvement overall. We enjoyed our dinner entrees on our arrival night, and then drinks at the beach bar a couple of afternoons. The seaweed is a problem everywhere, but it was not raked daily at the small sandy beachfront. Our rooms had small issues that weren’t addressed until we contacted the front desk. The elevator in my building was not working properly (door closing……

“Wonderful experience. The venue is picture perfect and provides guests with everything they could possibly want right our at their finger tips including a very amenable staff. Having an oceanfront balcony provides even more opportunity to absorb the beautiful surroundings. From beach to pool to dining our stay couldn't have been better.”
