"I booked this property with the guarantee of pool and hot tub. The facilities were closed; nothing ever listed, notified, discount, voucher, nothing. We were told to book a spa service to use a hot tub. I was very excited due to this being a stopping/resting point on a road trip back home from CA to CO."

"$35 daily "amenities" fee for, ?pool, ?coffee maker in room, ?coffee in lounge area. Not certain that these are "extra amenities" or just part of the standard room rate at all other hotels."

"Nothing! The description of the property was misleading! It was so bad, we stayed only one night! The owners agreed to refund 2 days we did not stay there, but the next day, the owners disappeared. We could not reach them. Their mailbox was full and they would not return our texts messages! So Beware! Do not stay there!!!"
