"All of the staff were very friendly. Jacks restaurant downstairs was excellent, especially the breakfast. 👏 We ate there once for dinner (Kobe beef sliders and Calzone) and three times for breakfast (omelet and Eggs Benedict and French Toast). There was a mixup in the beginning with the rooms (wrong room type and were not available till 5pm). But overall a great experience. "

"on this trip we travelled with teens. teens can be loud... but even though they were constantly talking and laughing (just being kids) you could not hear anything from outside the room. this is the quietest hotel i have ever been to. (its the construction i believe). in other hotels i had a hard time resting because you could just hear everything. sweet dreams when you stay here! "

"We really enjoyed hanging out at the pool, dining in the restaurant and being able to walk into town. It was also close to the Beach Boardwalk, several beaches, the warf and the Mystery Spot. There was also a park next to the hotel. "

"I didn’t realize how beautiful the location or the mansion was until I arrived. The only thing that I was thrown off by was a prom being held there. When I checked in, I was asked if that would be ok, but didn’t realize they were putting me in the building where it was being held. I didn’t feel I had a choice to say no as I had already paid for the room. "

"Impressed on every level - we worked up to the smell of freshly baked pastry and bacon or sausage and then had one of the most relaxing and elegant breakfasts I’ve had in a while. The Art Deco room had the coolest touches, I can’t wait to stay in a different room next time to keep seeing the character in each. 100% will stay here again."
