"Lovely Hotel very clean and good location but the lack of staff, no room service and a bar that closes when they feel like it as early as 9pm most nights let’s it down. Over priced for what it is."

"EV charger on site. Staff interference is minimal. Food is good in the restaurant. Room service is expensive. If booking for multiple days, then the staff does not clean up your room or restock the consumables, like toilet paper / Coffee etc. Also, they don't send it to you when informed but rather expect you to collect it at the front desk."

"See review categories above, regarding the Hotel Staff at the check-in desk and the bar were lovely. We appreciated the "entertainment" factor (i.e. Pool tables, ping pong table, etc.) As to cleanliness, we were guests at the Park Plaza for 10 nights. Our unit was not maintained to a level we expected. Dust on the furniture, garbage (2 cans) not always emptied, we had to request extra towel on one occasion (the cleaners left only 1 bath towel for 2 adults) "

"Lovely hotel set in a lovely area and will definitely stay again. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The Restaurant was also very good, but perhaps use hot plates so that the food stays hot longer but still very good food!"
