"Love the friendly staff. The Chamberlain only cleans your room if you specifically ask for it. I asked for it to be done at 10am each day. It was not. Each day I had to ask the front desk to tidy up my room. One of the perks of staying in a decent hotel is to return at the end of the day to a clean room. I find it odd that the Chamberlain has decided to cut corners in this department."

"The property was well maintained. The room was sizable and clean. It was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. The kitchenette was stocked with snacks and drinks for a fee. The staff was gracious and helpful with any issues that came up. The restaurant offered sizable portions that were tasty. I will book here in the future."

"I generally enjoyed my stay, and especially considering the location. Staff was great, the amenities were great.. however - you should know that Sunset Blvd is a very busy thoroughfare and that comes with high levels of noise. Get a higher floor to avoid this. Also, I had an incident in my room where I discovered a water bottle had inadvertently spilled into part of my suitcase. The only possibility was cleaning staff who had put too many things on their cart and it accidentally tipped over - but nobody told me. I found this out myself, which is unfortunate. The front desk gave me a voucher for breakfast as a result; I do appreciate it. I just wish the cleaning staff would be a bit more careful."
