“I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional customer service from Maggie and Angela at The Flat Iron, along with a big thank you to the manager.
I was scheduled to visit this past weekend for a concert but unfortunately came down with COVID. My cancellation fell within the 48-hour window, so I understood that a refund was not guaranteed. Despite that, the team went above and beyond to help me.
