The first impression was a bit odd, largely because the architecture is fairly cold from the outside and the reception area, while beautiful, cannot be characterized as inviting. "The pool needs redoing and area around the pool floor needed painting. The gym was too small and hot. The Executive lounge was amazing and staff was the best. Our suite view was spectacular and loved our room. Overall, enjoyed our stay. Just a bit far from everything tho. The restaurant food was too expensive. The valet girls were the best."

"Very impressive hotel on Okinawa. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was of a great quality, if a little expensive - daily set meals were the best value but limited the choice. Very good breakfast with lots of choices where to eat and what to eat. Nice that you could change a breakfast for a lunch if you wanted, we did that one day and it was good. Great pool areas and nice to have adult only pools."
