“The hotel was beautifully clean and comfortable ”

“Excellent location and cleanliness. Much better if staff has more compassionate at work. Suggest the staff at counter preparing omelette can make sunny eggs also, instead saying no but asking them to get them on plates but actually none instead, and collect city tax upon checking-in rather than checking out to expedite the process. ”

“Our initial stay was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. Service was excellent. Tried to use pool one day but very crowded with loud people. 2nd stay for one night before flying home was not good at all. Recommend getting a high floor with 26+ plus on room number ( e.g 732).”

“The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick.”
