「Excellent service with friendly and attentive staffs. From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing. Our family had such a great time and was very memorable. Highly recommend for others when visiting Zermatt, and definitely our choice when visiting next. 」

「Reserve this hotel. Regardless of your financial situation, stay at this hotel. Take out a loan if you need to. It’s an singular experience that provides the feeling of a second home.
Hospitality gets thrown a lot these days. Only a few know what the word truly means. Suvretta House is the very top in service. Guiseppe and Andrea are absolute class. Even the lady in the Zegna boutique and those in the Spa are world class. This is a hotel worth traveling for.」

「The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price.
The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...

「Good and quiet hotel location. Good view of the Matterhorn. The service of the staff was very good too. However, the room was a bit hot as there was only window on one side. Moreover, the omelette and crepe at breakfast were not up to standard - the omelette was too dry, the texture of the crepe was bad (too thick, rough and dry). The scambled egg was better.」
