“I booked a 4-night stay in a Deluxe Suite under single occupancy, as my partner was unable to join me at the time of booking. At the last minute my partner could join 3 of the 4 nights. I attempted to notify the property, but it repeatedly led to an error page. As a result, I informed the front desk in person upon check-in. At check-in, I clearly explained that an additional guest would be staying for the latter three nights. I was told that there would be an extra charge for breakfast, which……

“Shower water temperature not stable, the rack on the bathtub is very bad quality, air con the low wind speed is still too strong, amenities always missing some items everyday, had to call CS to get tissue papers, cotton buds, etc. the hotel is old need update :) Shuttle bus is very convenient and always have seats available ”
