“The hotel was really lovely compared to others in the area. We walked to the tower from our hotel it took 40 mins. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. We could see the sea from our room, the pleasure park backed on to the back of the hotel it was spectacular. Breakfast was lovely for £19 per person I would recommend this hotel for your stay. The tram is across the main road to the left To get to the tower they only take card payment.”

“This is our 3rd visit and as always we have enjoyed excellent amenities and all staff very professional, friendly and courteous would highly recommend 315 for the restaurant, bar, restaurant and spa ”

“If you are not good at climbing stairs, or if you are carrying 2 or 3 suitcase with you, never book a room at 1st floor . My experience is that, after I have brought the suitcase up the narrow and winding staircase, I need to take a two-hour rest before I can have the courage to think about going out. Other than that, the hotel is comfortable.”

No restaurant, and the breakfast option was properly NAFF but the apartment (not a room but a whole apartment) was lovely and the pool/gym facilities were so nice it didn't really matter. Well worth at the price I paid. Cheaper than the ones in Blackpool, 5 mins down the road”
