"The decor is very modern and appealing. Most front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The two security people outside the bar were aloof and standoffish. The rooms were comfortable for the most part except for the extra high tubs that were extremely difficult and dangerous to navigate. The replenishing of water bottles was appreciated."

"A really lovely hotel with an easy check in and friendly staff. However, for the price i would expect better service at breakfast time. The Saturday morning was ok although the server didn’t explain there was also a cold buffet available and to help yourself to juice and water. The Sunday morning was not so good. Advised of the cold buffet this time, but alas there was really nothing there (literally one pastry and one bowl of fruit left) and told to help yourself to juice and water, but there...

"The hotel is 5 minutes walk to Southwalk Train Station. Public transportation in London is fantastic and you can go anywhere with your credit card (no need to buy ticket). Staff is friendly and nice; room is clean and the area is very quiet. Great hotel!"

"Overall our stay was good, but there were a couple of instances where the staff lacked professionalism. For example, do not ask the concierge for a taxi. The price of the ride to the airport was more than initially quoted. An Uber (and I hate to say it) would have been better. "

"A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Check in was easy….our room was spacious and spotless. The restaurant was lovely and had delicious Indian food. I had never eaten Indian food, but our waitress was very helpful in helping us with the menu. When the food came out it was perfectly presented and was DELICIOUS!!!"
