"The property was clean and, when we called for assistance, the staff was helpful. The 2 bedroom rooms (#11) was small but liveable. The wifi is not good. It's difficult to find help on the property but the phone number provided got quick service for any issues. Considering the cost, location, and overall property experience, i think it should be high on the list of options in Grand Lake."

"We had the best time in Grand Lake! The house is in an excellent location close to hiking trails and town, is very clean, and has everything you could need. The hosts were easy to work with and responded quickly to our communications. We had zero issues & would definitely stay here again! The views are spectacular, as well!"
