「This is in a great neighborhood. As pictured, lovely back patio. 」

「When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have...

「Great location! The cutest bookstore, hangout bar next door. Easy to get to downtown, navy pier and other attractions. 」

「Property is clean well maintained. Quite neighborhood in the evenings. Garage parking for 1 vehicle was great bonus, no searching for steet parking after a busy day. Property manager was great and even helped make sure we received a ups delivery we needed during our stay.a 」

「The photos are accurate. Very clean and open. I was given the access code right away and communicated my late check in and early check out. They created a great stay in a wonderful neighborhood. I will stay here again. Definitely book this space! 」

「The apartment was nice although a little too sparsely furnished. The basket of snacks was really great! The paper blinds were nearly impossible to open and close so we had to use the lights all the time, even during the day.The mattresses were saggy and a bit lumpy and the pillows were 2 flat ones stuffed into 1 pillowcase so they were hard and kept falling apart (a pillow would fall out).The main problem was the directions for getting into the unit. What does "left" or "right" mean? Left when...

「We thought this 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom place was more space than my husband and I needed for just the two of us but we actually appreciated having the extra bathroom. It was located perfectly for our purpose of visiting family nearby -- we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to be.We did purchase some black tea for our morning wake-up.」

「This was an excellent option for exploring the city (even during the unexpectedly bad weather) - convenient, quiet, clean and space to work and relax. Possibly could do with another shelf or drawer (or hook or two for coats) but really a minor niggle. Recommended」

「Mark was a great communicator. The place was very clean and cozy. The location was great and in a cute neighborhood. the free parking space around back was perfect for unloading and getting into the property. 10/10 would stay again 」
