“古典的外觀，還有雪景很美很美 早餐很有心思，安排不同時間享用不會感擠迫 充滿優質服務。 房間空間很足夠，浴缸也特別大熱水很充足 也配備浸浴鹽包及面部護膚品，很贊 但花晒很弱，力度不足還有床褥清潔不足，發現4条短型毛 令感受不良。大堂有免費自助咖啡機及茶包，隨時可以飲用到熱水 也很貼心 啲微波爐打開後有點震驚，像長時間沒有清潔，不像我平時看到的日本文化 ”

“旅館有一定的歷史，設施比較舊，有點回到從前的感覺。離湯畑有一定的距離，大約15分鐘吧（如不走錯路），且要上斜坡。但周邊很安靜，溫泉和露天風呂很舒服，整體上亦算乾淨。最難得是有大露台，外面是一片叢林山景。以這個價錢而言，cp值算是極高，整體上我個人是非常滿意的。 之前見comments上頗多負評亦有點擔心，因budget有限亦決定一試，但老老實實，一分錢一分貨，我覺得這間旅館已經交足貨人。真心想幫這店平平反。將心比己，人地都要維皮嘛，下次再嚟，希望仍能住這平價酒店。”
