「酒店很近輕井澤站，雖然附近比較靜，但交通方便，酒店房間亦算寛敞舒適，最優勝的是照明充足，看書絕對沒有問題。美中不足是退房時間是比較早的十點，和一般酒店不同，幸好我們多問一聲，不然就會遲了退房呢。」

這酒店位於草津湯畑附近，酒店雖然不是很大，但酒店上上下待客也很親切，晚餐的會席料理很好吃，雖然份量不多，但也可吃得飽，這餐廳的大廚剛試做了新的甜點，即給每枱客人嘗試及介紹，看我們試食後有什麼評價，酒店的員工英語水評也很好，用英語己可溝通，真的很不錯，下次再到草津一定會再選擇這間酒店

Such a wonderful piece of history!
So nice to share with family.
Gallery is fantastic but got quite mouldy smell.
If it’s possible to put air purifier to ease the situation or even get rid of the mould would be nice.

Chris and his wife are super friendly and take good care of their guests. The hotel decoration is wonderful. We could see they put lots of effort on it. They are very kind to take u from and to train station. Very impressive! Cut the story short, we have a wonderful experience staying there. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the stay. All staff were very nice. The free shuttle service between hotel and train station/ski center was extremely helpful and convenient. Location is good - I quite enjoyed the walk to train station and old town, ~15 mins.
Room was nice and spacious. Dinner at Sonorite/A Table was very nice too.
The only comment is the elevator which has a kind of shabby smell.
