"Staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. We arrived late and they made changes to our dinner time while we were on our way. The atmosphere and environment of the hotel is very nice and traditional. Onsen are very good. We have wonderful time during our stay. 😁"

"很新淨的一間溫泉酒店，房間闊落，一泊兩食的懷石料理出色，遺憾就是這幾天落雪天台的餐廳暫時關閉，自駕遊的要把車泊在別處，酒店人員會帶路及車你往返。酒店到湯畑及其他景點只需數分鐘，很方便。"

"I was surprised with how new the hotel and the facilities are. We stayed in the ‘East Building’ the room is very neat and well heated. The hotel has 3 onsen baths which were all of very high standard. The breakfast and dinner were amazing, a good selection of Japanese food like tempura, gyodon, but international menu was available, with salads, pasta etc. It also had a white chocolate fountain which was quite fun. The hotel has a backdoor which leads to the Yabetake with a short 5 min walk. The yukata can be borrowed from the lobby and umbrellas are available for going outside. There is also late night ramen, but only served for a small window of time at night, and unfortunately we were not able to try. "

"住宿及溫泉方面好好，酒店員工都有禮貌及可以解答到我哋所有問題，酒店更有shuttle bus往返草津溫泉巴士站及湯畑，非常方便。 酒店有各種室內溫泉及露天溫泉，非常舒服relax,晚餐及早餐都美味可口。 總括嚟講非常好，晚餐前到湯畑一帶遊玩，晚上回酒店晚餐後可以在館內好好享用溫泉，酒店有免費拉麵消夜，更會有冰條及益力多免費提升。"
