"Staff were helpful and friendly, but we only spoke in Japanese so not sure if they accommodate guests from abroad very often. "This resort went way above and beyond our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel very comfortable when explaining how things worked. The buffet, lounge, and free drinks and snacks were wonderful. And the facilities are very clean and very well maintained. The different onsens all have different characteristics and they're all very charming and relaxing 😊 Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious relaxing stay!"

"Just 5 min walk to the outlet. Shuttle bus available to both the train station as well as the outlet. On-site onsen is exceptionally clean n spacious. However should let early arrival guests register their personal details n when they return at 3pm to check in, the process will be smoother. That way, it will not create chaos in the lobby area."

"Good location…10 minute walk from Nagano Station. Helpful attentive staff. Very good breakfast buffet with a nice view of the city. Even without room service. Towels, coffee pods and toiletries were replenished via bag left on room door. My only “criticism”…they have done away with the large bottles of body soap and shampoo in the tub and replaced with small bottles. ☹️"
