「We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.」

「Booked the Accommodation a few weeks ago in Liverpool, rang them a week or so ago, eventually got someone, I asked how do we access the property, we will contact you around 24 hours before you arrive, nothing, then 2 hours before going to the property, a text message we have overbooked you now have to go to a property in Wallasey which is miles away over the Mersey.
