"The hotel as a whole is lovely the bar staff go above and beyond. The biggest let down was the reception communication before arrival. I tried contacting the hotel about my flight change so I needed to add an extra night and it would be simpler to have my booking amended than make a one night stand alone booking. Not one email or message was responded to over months. Very poor"
