「This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic...

「The staff was great, warm ,friendly and helpful. We stayed in a two bedroom 2 bath condo with 2 bathrooms. It is a basic , not glamorous, equip with basics for kitchen and bath. Bring your own toiletries as they are not supplied. The beds were firm and made with crispy white sheets! Our con do was spotlessly clean , we were very happy. 」

「Really magical in its sheer simplicity. Rooms are far more comfortable than I imagined. The food was amazing and felt like a relative cooking it. Went for 8 nights with two kids and grateful we took a chance here. 」

「The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the pools and beachside access, along with the extracurricular activities presented. Beds were comfortable and staff attentive. Front desk staff could be a bit warmer, and not all were knowledgeable in addressing/resolving customer concerns. 」
