Super clean, well stocked with basic like Kleenex, TP, shampoo, soap. Great housekeeping & grounds keeper. Within walking distance to many local favorites restaurants & cafes. We rented bikes for the week & that was just perfect

Wonderful property, perfect for our family
This is a beautiful property both inside and out on a quiet street... perfect access to the surrounding areas to get the most out of the Cancun/Tulum area. It was so nice have house cleaning daily considering the tropical environment, sand, and potential for critters. The property management was very responsive and attentive to making our stay comfortable and seem less. The ability to snorkel right outside our door was magical, where we saw stingrays, eels, lots of tropical fish, and a sea turtle. The only negative was that the kitchen wasnt fully stocked with everything you may need if you are actually going to cook,

Nice condo
Loved the condo. Impeccable and well stocked. Appreciated the supplies, our, salt lots of coffee etc
A bit disappointed about the beach, not really able to use it because of rocks and stuff.
We also missed having a pool.
We were impressed about the availability and helpfulness of the staff. From management to maintenance.
