Excelente lugar, volví después de varios años y volveré. Comida rica, habitación limpia, personal amable, te resuelven pronto. Ven por la comodidad del cliente. Esta bonito, limpio, muy poco sargazo. Lo único es que un día no había toallas para la alberca y nos pidieron bajar las de la habitación. Por lo demás sin queja.

This hotel is a great option if you are looking to avoid the spring breakers and are traveling with family. We have 2 small kids and it was great for a family. The room was very large and we had a ton of room, even after they brought in an extra twin beds for our kids. There is an adult only pool if you don't want to be around kids and several other pools. We spent most of our time in the pools and had a blast. There is a beautiful beach. They have a kid center that our kids absolutely loved. The only thing that would make it better is the food. The food was Ok. But what do you expect when trying to cater to a wide array of tastes. We only had 1 night with a bad experience at one of the restaurants where we showed at 6 and didn't get some of our food until 8. They blamed it on my son with an allergy. We ended up taking my son to the buffet because he didn't even get his food, though they said he was to blame. All in all, it is a good value for what you pay for.

Breakfast was always good. Specialty restraurants were a hit miss. Always a long wait for seats. And understaffed. When checked into our room the mini bar was stocked , but some of the bottled water had already been opened. Put up do not disturb, but staff came in anyways. Uneven walk ways, plenty of tripping hazards . If you are under 40 this resort is not for you. It was really lacking in life. If you are a family with kids it is for you.

The property environment was super nice, but the property was noticeably understaffed and guests were often left waiting for 20min + for service. The a-la-cart restaurants were nothing special often without desserts and again, they were understaffed and we would wait up to 40 min for a table and then another 20+ minutes before our beverage would come or we would even be able to place an order. Buffet was very good with good variety. Unfortunately wading into the ocean was difficult due to the number of large rocks just off shore. As pretty as the property was, it was secluded, nothing within walking distance and it wasn't worth the 1.5 hour drive from the airport. We won't be back

A week of fun! We were lucky enough to wake up every morning sound of waves from our oceanfront room. Staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating while traveling with our 1 year old. Our room was a bit dated, and could have been cleaner but was fine for us. There was a musty smell, but I feel like this is hard to avoid in such a humid climate. We loved the food and variety of options the resort offered from authentic Mexican dishes to simply meals fit for our picky toddler. I enjoyed spending each morning with a yoga class provided by the wonderful fitness staff and a delicious coffee from the cafe. If you are looking for a smaller, family friendly resort, I recommend!

The ocean was barely visible from our room and we had NO outside furniture. The room was remodeled in 2023 but it had a lot to be desired, the shower flooded the whole bathroom everytime we showered because of very poor design. The front desk woman that checked us in had an attitude and left nothing on our not getting a room before she left with anyone at the front desk, this caused a lot of confusion. The food was subpar at best, the liquor selection was awful and not anything I have ever seen at an all inclusive resort. We had our own pool for ocean view rooms but it had NO chairs and a large percentage of the tiles were missing from it. The websites states it has 3 swim up bars, LIES, there was only 1! The photos on all websites are touched up, the resort is NOT that clean and is in need of major maintenance. We would NEVER suggest this resort to anyone. STAY AWAY!

Habitación descuidada no limpiarón todos los días. El baño con la alcachora rota. No incluye bebidas como ron negro. No incluye todas las zonas del hotel. Fachadas descuidadas. No existen los jacuzzis frente al mar y los edificios de primera línea están medio en ruinas, las tejas les faltan a muchos y podría seguir hasta el infinito.

We loved our stay at the Grand Oasis! I find it hard to believe some of the negative reviews I've read about this place. Our room was brand new and spotless. It was extremely spacious and the decor and lighting were very well chosen. The shower was amazing. The food at the resort is a real strong selling point - we loved the mexican a la carte, and maki taco was also great. Buffets can often be a weak point, but we found this one to be really high quality! Service was amazing across the board, with a special mention to the staff at the kids club who were really lovely, professional, and caring. Our daughter loved going. If I were pressed to find one negative thing to say, and this is very minor, some of the older photos show more stuff for kids in the pool, which seems to have been removed in recent years. (Slides, structures, etc.) Overall, for us, this place gets full marks - we would love to return and stay here again.

It was my first time out of the country! I loved the experience, staff was super nice wish they spoke more english as some staff had a hard time trying to figure out certain words. It wasnt that big of a problem as i understand going to a different country with a different main language will be hard. Overall would definitely recommend it to friends and family or go again.
