"It was a pleasure to stay here, thanks Swami! The furnishings are quite sparse but all nicely comfortable and functional, with very good facilities all around in the bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen. It is relaxingly quiet and private, and in a pleasant area. Great location for a visiting academic (as I am), with an easy walk to the university campus, lots of restaurants of all kinds nearby, and BART station. I’d be very happy to stay again on future visits!"

"The cottage was located in a nice neighborhood and just right for a solo week attending an educational art program. It was private and had all the essentials. The toothbrush and bath loofah were a thoughtful touch."

"The unit is nicely decorated and very clean and new. A little difficult for a long stay because of limited kitchen and VERY small refrigerator. A desk would be very helpful to avoid having to use the small dining table - have to move computer constantly when time to eat. Communication could've been a bit better from owner (felt like I was bothering him if I asked a question). A welcome manual would be nice with instructions. Lighting could be improved from street to unit door - uneven tile...

"A beautiful property in a quiet lovely hillside neighborhood. We were surrounded by mature trees and vibrant spring blooms. The property was built in a very thoughtful and artful way that made the experience extra special. It truly was a little piece of heaven. We hope to come back someday."

"Aside from the nearly constant rain the nearly 4 weeks I spent in the cottage in January were pleasant ones. It’s location is very convenient: a 10 minute walk from the downtown BART station, a 15 minute walk to the University, 2 blocks from a Trader Joe’s and a 20 minute walk to 4th Street and its shops. "My husband, daughter, son, daughter-in-law and their 2 children stayed 1 night on a quick trip to the Bay Area to visit friends. It was difficult to find, defiantly use the link in the listing. The home was clean and has 1 parking place, and was in a great location for our needs. Unfortunately the listing said sleeps 7, and it has a sofa bed and a twin bed in the living room. There was no twin bed, and no bedding for the sofa bed. We had 5 adults and 2 children in our group and there were not...
