“The location is excellent, right in the center of the Riverwalk, which is very convenient, but the service was terrible. I booked a room with two beds, but they gave me a room with only one king-size bed. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night, the water pressure was extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower. “Hotel was a block away from Riverwalk and 2 blocks from The Alamo. There are also a number of restaurants along Houston Street such as La Panderia Bakery and Cafe to go to that are less expensive than those along Riverwalk. If you’re coming by car you’re pretty much stuck having to valet your car at the hotel as there is no metered street parking anywhere close and other public garages nearby are expensive.”
