"Our stay was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed and some. Every bedroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was clean and well taken care of, which was perfect after a long day of enjoying the town. At the house you could watch the waves from the front window from across the street. He wants to make sure all of his guests have a great time and everything they could possibly need. He was transparent about everything and went above and beyond to make sure we had all that we need. "Our studio was fine, although somewhat dated. Our balcony faced the parking lot not the ocean as we'd expected. And the outdoor HVAC system's noise wasn't wonderful to listen to while sitting on the balcony. Biggest complaint is that the kitchenette came with absolutely no plates, cutlery or cooking utensils. "We liked the lake, water park and paddle boats for the kids. Beachwoods exclusive parking for beach access is nice. Need to get the big slide operational or replace with something else. Also the game room wasn't open which was disappointing for our kids. We stayed in one of the older models and it could really be felt in the floors and seen on the exterior. Overall it was a good experience with a few inconveniences."
