The Atlantic Sea apartment is a charming one-bedroom situated in the Janelas do Mar tourist complex, at the top of a hill in Albufeira, offering comfort and a panoramic view over the city and the sea.



The living room is bright and functional, integrating the dining area and fully equipped kitchenette, ideal for preparing meals with ease.



The apartment has a bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort.



The veranda, accessible from the living room, allows you to enjoy outdoor meals with views of the surroundings and the ocean.



On the outside, the complex offers three outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, tennis court and gardens, providing various leisure and relaxation options.



Located in a central area of Albufeira, the apartment is just a few metres from restaurants, shops, transport and beaches, making it the ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 2 guests.

From the 3rd to the 5th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
