The first floor welcomes you with a cosy reading nook, providing access to a terrace with stunning sea views. Two charming double bedrooms, each with a balcony, share a well-appointed bathroom.

For added comfort, all bedrooms have air conditioners.

Self-check-in:
· A week before your arrival you will receive an e-mail with house details (location and how to get the keys) and instructions to pay the safety deposit so you will be asked to provide your email
· Check-in - 16h

Emergency number:
· In your check-in will be provided with an emergency number to be used in case of urgent matters. This number will be sent by e-mail.

House Rules:
· 350 € as a safety deposit one week before entering the house. The amount will be refunded up to 1 week after check-out and will only be deducted in case of damage to the property.
· Pets are not allowed
· Smoking is not allowed
· It is not allowed for parties
· Minimum age for booking: 21 years old (main guest)

Tourist tax:
