Cute but has issues

Hi Steve, We are checking out early and just left the house. We didn't find any checkout instructions since there is no tablet at the house. But we emptied all of the trash indoors, picked up after our dogs, and put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher (but I forgot to start the cycle). We wanted to make you aware of a few things that we found broken when we checked in so you don't think we did it and can perhaps fix before the next renters arrive. Fireplace - we already let you know about this - not really broken but pillot light was out and we could not find where to light it after taking the bottom panel off. The instructions at the house are for a different model fireplace and YouTube didn't help us. We left the bottom panel off for whoever comes to light it. Freezer door handle - is broken off. We found the handle in the pantry. We were able to open the freezer by sticking our fingers in the hole left by the handle but it is a bit sharp and not entirely safe. Kitchen sink faucet- doesn't retract back in place. It works though. Cuisinart coffee maker - this one was on the counter but we could not get it to brew. We found another coffee maker in the pantry that worked so used that one. Towel rack in Master - does not stay up and cannot hold a towel. One other issue was the back yard. Most of the furniture out there is not usable and needs to be trashed. There were also a lot of cigarette butts out there and a packet of pills. Other than these things, the house

Sandia Velo Like a Retreat in an Urban Setting - Homey and Comfortable

Comfortable for two, comfortable for six, would have been comfortable for eight. Spouse and I were there for a few days alone, two days with family members joining us, and then again just the two of us for the remainder of the week. It was comfortable in every setting. Great access to a lot of activities including hiking, shopping, the Tram. Very accessible to groceries, restaurants. Easy to prepare meals at the property - great appliances and dishware.

Beautiful House

Very well kept and perfectly stocked with everything you need. The garage use was a great bonus to keep cars off narrow street. Nice walking trail across the street at the curve (a bit hidden, but a gem of a surprise) We visit Albuquerque once a year and this will definitely be our go to place! Hosts were extremely easy to work with. Look no further, this is your vacation spot!

Perfect rental

Super cute and clean property! Very easy to get every where from this location and there are several options for food/coffee/drinks and grocery stores within 5 minutes. The property manager was great with communication and promptly answered any question I had. Great place for a family or a few friends.

Great stay in Albuquerque

If you are going to spend time in Albuquerque, this is the place to stay. Sandio Velo is a new (built in 2021) two story, three bedroom, four bath home in northeast Albuquerque. Living area is downstairs including a bathroom and all three bedrooms and three baths are upstairs. This location is close to everything including grocery, hardware, drug stores, banks and of course, Starbucks. An island doubles as a bar and holds the microwave, sinks and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with top line appliances from Maytag, Samsung and Kitchenaid. If you like to cook, you will love the Maytag gas oven/range. Many other kitchen niceties include a large pantry with many small appliances including a toaster, crock pot, and hand mixer. Also included is glassware including red wine, white wine and champagne glasses. You will not need to bring anything to prepare and cook meals. A large dining table will seat up to eight adults. The living area has a large sofa and coffee table. One wall has a large wall mounted tv with a high end 5.1 surround sound system. Out the back door is a patio that includes seating under an umbrella, and a BBQ grill. A large garage can hold two cars and is filled with all that is needed to bicycle Albuquerque. Two carbon fiber bikes and a complete bicycle maintenance facility is within the garage. Included are various parts and all the tools needed to maintain or repair a bicycle. Upstairs is all bedrooms and bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a large screen TV. The master bath contains a very large closet and an equally large shower. The two guest bedrooms are also roomy each have their own TV on the wall. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom en suite. The remaining bathroom is immediately outside the bedroom. This is a real find in Albuquerque! The property manager/owner is accessible and is very prompt to respond to your needs.

Gorgeous comfortable home

We enjoyed an amazing stay at this beautiful property. Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the beautiful Mountain View’s, nearby trails, and the gorgeous, comfortable home. It is very well stocked and we prepared many meals here and were able to use the grill and outdoor area to entertain local family. We will definitely look to return on our NM trips.

Spectacular NE Heights

This new home is absolutely stunning. There is no detail overlooked. The home design and decor appear professionally done, the whole house theme is tasteful and each room has its own style. The kitchen and appliances make cooking easy and enjoyable. The balcony off the master has amazing views of Sandia. The back yard is perfectly landscaped. Not only that, but the Location is one of the best in Albuquerque! Convenient to walking/biking/hiking, the tramway, shopping and all that Albuquerque has to offer!

Immaculate, Fully Furnished Property

This property was perfect for our trip. It was clean, fully furnished & completely functional. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms which was nice for our guests. We enjoyed the outdoor living space and utilized the grill. As an avid traveler, I would definitely recommend this property and book another stay should we be in the area.
