"Great location, but the building left a bit to be desired. Shower curtain rod was still attached, but falling a bit. the room was clean, but the building was a bit dated. It would be perfect if they made some renovations and updates because the location is prime."

"We asked for and early check in we arrived at 3 as we were told to only to have them send us away for another 30 minutes. When we entered the room we were exhausted so we rested for a while. Later we discovered rhe floors felt sticky, the bathroom sink was clogged we dug a hairball out with a pen to get it to drain. The mirror was not cleaned. There was a long hair in the shower and neither of us has long hair so it obviously wasnt cleaned well. When we opened the bed it appeared as if someone had slept in the sheets. By this time it was 10:00 at night. We only stayed one night, opted to lose the money and find somewhere else that was better. Shocked because the reviews were good. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."

"I was really hesitant when I pulled up cause the place seemed really sketchy and the reviews are so bad. BUT I was very pleasantly surprised by the room. It was clean and cozy and I actually had a really good sleep which isn’t easy for me. The pool was closed although I wouldn’t use a pool in this kind of place anyways. I would stay again. "

"I love everything about this property. It has always been clean and neat every time I stay there. And the breakfast is good. 👍"

"This is not like other hotels. Check in was quick and they were very helpful. We asked questions about parking and the desk clerk was very helpful. They offered complimentary fruit and water. Our room was better than I could have ever expected. It was spotless and quiet. We had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator and even a dishwasher! My girls and I ordered door dash because we wanted to enjoy our room as opposed to going out. This is the second time we stayed there for a show at the palace. And we will be back. My favorite hotel ever by far."

"Staff not helpful at all. We walked by the office 3 times looking for our room - never once did he ask if we needed assistance. When we did ask he abruptly just said that way. Would not intentionally stay here again"
