“convenient, room is neat”

“The room I booked on the platform showed that the reservation was successful and the payment was successful, but I drove to the front desk of the hotel and told me that there was no room to return it. I had no problem with it, but the money was not refunded to me. I booked another hotel and checked in, but Hilton Garden Hotel still didn't know when to refund the money. “The staff was nice, the room was fine, the amenities were mostly good. The only complaint was that the pool was too small to swim in, it's basically a sitting pool. It's also convenient that there's a large shopping center within walking distance.”
