“We booked a room with balcony and got one without, although we payed a much higher price and it was in the description (we have screenshots!). We only had a milky window, so no view of the outside at all! Much worse, it was a room directly on the street, ground floor, with poor noise isolation, so you hear all the noises from everyone passing your door, cars, dogs, etc. If this is not enough, there is a useless (locked) thin door to the side entry and the hallway with the other apartments, so……

“Parents stayed for three days and found it very comfortable! Everything was brand new, and nice. Good location but just note, bring your own tea and coffee for the mornings.”

Solo le pondría un pero, se oye un poco entre habitaciones y tuve la mala suerte de que alguien que fumaba se olía en todo el pasillo. El desayuno bueno, faltaron huevos con beicon. ”

“The suite was a great place for us to spend our honeymoon. It overlooked the beach and the bathtub was very relaxing with endless hot water. The only things we didn't like, was the doors in the bathroom (neither the toilet or shower door would close properly), the coffee machine in the room took multiple attempts to get 1 cup of coffee, and the price of the breakfast buffet was expensive for what it was (minimum hot food options).”

“The accommodations were fine as not much time is spent there anyway. A couple of issues with staff. I enquired 3 times with the hotel regarding late night check in and did not receive any helpful answers. So arriving after midnight to find the front door secured was concerning. We had to walk to a Hotel down the block with a similar name and fortunately we did get checked in. In addition the staff were not knowledgeable regarding how to get to and from the beach which was close, but not……

“The restaurant was spotless, and all the staff were very friendly and professional. The menu was varied and delicious. Excellent service. ”

“Simple and comfortable hotel with everything you'll need. 15 mins away from the airport by taxi. Booked this place for a stop-over since we're driving to the south the next day. Best thing is that the hotel is right next to the shopping mall Bonaire (3 mins on foot). Loads of shops, restaurants, a big supermarket etc. Good place to spend an afternoon and take a rest.”
