Check in instructions were very thorough, however couldn't find any checkout instructions. Would recommend the place for sure. "We had a short stay but the place was just what we were looking for. Close to downtown dining & shops. It was very clean overall, except for the carpeting in the bedrooms which was old and stained & probably needs to be replaced at this point. It would be 5 stars all around aside from that."

"The host was very responsive with questions while we were preparing for the trip and going through the check-in process. Good location that was a 15-20min walk to the convention center. Front desk was always very friendly and the apartment always felt safe. The pool was cute and clean. Only concern was the apartment didn’t smell the cleanest and some of the bedding didn’t smell very clean when we got there but we just ran it through the washer/dryer that is present in the apartment. "The property was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spa-like. We appreciated the rooftop sofa and coffee table outside, otherwise there wouldn’t have been anywhere to eat the breakfast which we had delivered. There weren’t really many dining options within walking distance, but the main tourist areas were a short drive away. "I really liked the fact that all my kids fit comfortably and I was able to cook in the full kitchen. I did not like that 7th st. Is vlised and we had to park actoss the street in a parking garage. There was lots of crime and your constantly hearing sirens and helicopters. I had to walk down the block and thwn cross the street and come back down to the hotel with all our luggage and kids. It has its good and bad. I probably would rent again because of the size of the place and price"
