「早餐和房间不错，就是不能用电梯拎着四个大箱子上三楼不太方便。」

「The first thing we noticed when we walked into this hotel, is how modern and clean it is. The employee that checked us in was very friendly and helpful; after we checked in, she helped us find some restaurants in the area and gave us some recommendations. Breakfast was included with our stay; there were plenty of selections and it was very good. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. There is a nice park with a lake across the street from the hotel that we were able to go for a walk...

「Great stay!」

「Only issue we had is the third day the elevator broke and we were on the 4th floor with a bad knee and hip it was not good! But they did get it fixed the same day」

「Very noisy」

「Good service and great workers.」

「Our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I was double charged by the property and have struggled for over a week to get a manager to call me back to process the refund. Most of the time my calls aren’t even answered. My experience has turned from disappointment in the quality of the hotel to absolute frustration at the customer service.」

「Very clean .」
