“Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good and stocked at all times. Rooms were very clean and tidy.”

“The lobby and parking lot was sketchy. There was always someone sitting outside in a lawn chair and cars would come and go. I’m not sure what was going on, but if I had a choice, I would stay elsewhere.”

“I mentioned twice that I was leaving 1 day early and dropped key, but was still charged for extra day. There was no shampoo when I took a shower in the refilled bottles. Then, when reported they took all the towels except one which I used for the rest of the trip as I was out early and back late. Also, the security door was non functioning. Overall, cheap, but crummy. As the only place in town, they could do better.”

“Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels.”

“The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke……

“Very. Very very noisy. The sound of walking. Voices from upstairs. Smoke at night. chatting. It is not recommended for everyone to live”

“The room was pretty nasty. Towels dirty, sheets pillow cases stained and dirty, duvet had blood stains, the toilet was dirty. Someone came to my room at 1 am and tried to get in, that person sounded mad and he kept hitting my door for like 10 seconds”
