“Staff was very courteous. Room was exceptional clean. Only complaint would be need new beds and bed clothes. Would stay again.😃😃”

“Thank You front desk for assisting us getting checked in a few minutes early. A special thank you to Peaches in housekeeping for making sure our room was ready when we arrived. Minus the lady bugs(which is beyond control) this hotel is my go to each time I’m in Douglas. ”

“All went well until I went to take a shower. The tub was really dirty and filled with hair. In addition to the tub being dirty, the tub was also clogged.”

“It is a basic but very pleasant facility. It has been apparently fairly recently refreshed and renovated. Our king bed suite was spacious and the bed comfortable. The only draw back is the lack of an elevator to the second floor where all the king rooms are located. Breakfast was adequate with waffles, hot and cold cereal, toast, and fresh fruit. We enjoyed the stay. ”

“Upon arrival at 4:30pm on Fri 3/13 I was told our room was not ready and we would need to wait about 30 minutes. I told the young man we needed to get changed because we had an event at 6:00pm. We finally got checked in around 5:05pm. The room was not satisfactory! Lighting was horrible - the room was dark even with all lights on. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink; Only 1 mirror in the room and that was the bathroom. The bed/mattress was sunken in the middle - very uncomfortable. I……

“It took a terribly long time to check in despite being pre paid. I mean like 20 minutes!! Nice location fof pet walking. Better breakfast than most. Great shower. They forgot to empty trash can from previous guest. I'd stay there again based on valye on conditionnof hotel and property. ”

“The staff upon check in was nice but the reservation didn’t allow for the Hilton check in app (digital key) as my email indicated, so the extra time at a late night check in was inconvenient. The room itself had a smell to it as you can tell it’s “pet friendly” and the rug seemed wet (maybe they were shampooed?). The AC rattled all night and I took a quick video and showed the desk upon check out and was advised they’d “make a note”. The breakfast selection was extremely limited but wasn’t……

“The staff is the best part of this place. The room was nice, comfortable and clean, not overly larger but nicely appointed. But the desk clerk at check-in went out of her way to put us in a quiet spot and then gave us recommendations for dinner. Housekeeping cheerfully supplied extra pillows and a blanket. Breakfast is a bit scanty, carb heavy but the coffee was good. It’s a basic place so you can’t expect Belshazzar’s feast, but a boiled egg would be nice. The breakfast room was clean and……

“The AC and hot water works great. The pool had stuff floating in it. Jets in hot tub was not functioning properly. The front desk personnel were the west part of the stay. One girl who was there when we checked in and was the only person who kept the service from being poor. The other 3 people I dealt with were rude and when you ask them a question they referred you to the manager, who according to the name tag was the person I dealt with last”
