"We have just returned from a fantastic stay at The Royal. Every member of staff we engaged with were professional and so friendly, a credit to the Hotel. The room was so comfortable and clean with a lovely sea view and the hotel had character and charm . The food was delicious and served in a beautiful dining room. We cannot fault anything and will definitely be returning. Thank you!"

"Efficient and friendly check in. Staff very courteous and helpful. Our room was a little tired and old fashioned but clean and comfortable. Bathroom facilities very good. Breakfast buffet food was not particularly hot. I suspect the food server heater was inadequate. Evening meal was excellent, again lovely staff and very reasonable prices. The pool and spa is really superb and well worth using. It's the biggest jacuzzi we've ever seen! Overall a very pleasurable stay. "

"Nice small hotel in quiet close at the top Peasholm park. Walkable to North Bay attractions, with bus services to town centre and South Bay. Friendly host, good breakfast and clean room. I stayed three nights in a single room, with comfortable four foot bed. Room was compact but had everything I needed for my stay. Good value as well!"

"What a beautiful place to stay on the North Bay of Scarborough and threturnnbus services in to Scarborough South Bay are every 10-15mins. Very much enjoyed our stay. "
