"The property was perfect for the 4 of us (all retired). Quiet, relaxing, and comfortable. It's not too close to the city to be noisy and crowded. Instead, it's away from the crowd but easy to get to where you want. Vern, the property owner, was very hospitable and answered any question we had. If you don't need to be right on the beach and instead want some space and quiet, this would be a great choice."

"I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It was very nicely upgraded with very comfortable beds. The master bathroom was awesome! The shower had great water pressure! Its located close to many conveniences in downtown Cape Coral. The property manager was very accomodating with my requests. If I’m in the area anytime, I will definitely return to this property."

"We stayed there for four days the week before Christmas. Property was fine for 2 small kids as it had a pool and was a short walk to a beach area. The pool was heated though it never got above 77 degrees, but the kids didn’t seem to mind. The house had beach toys that were a hit during the week as well.
