"It was bad, smelled poorly and rooms weren’t clean including the bathroom. Definitely not the best experience "

"Overall, not a great stay. The good thing is we arrived late and left early. The location is on the other side of the airport, near the old terminal. There’s not much around, and it’s not very walkable. The room felt clean but lacked things you would expect at this price point—no microwave or mini fridge. The hotel itself is dated and sits close to a railroad, with trains passing during the night. Hopefully, you don’t get a room in the back like we did. The free shuttle worked well for us—we only had to wait about 15 minutes. The van was old, but the driver was very nice. Breakfast wasn’t too bad—better than expected after seeing the room. One big plus: the hotel is right across from the car rental center. The shuttle can drop you off, or you can cross one busy street to get there."

"Did a great job cleaning our room and reaching out for help. Also helped my son get more towels for our room. "

"Staff was very kind and helpful but for 320 (insane) a night I expect at least a decent nights sleep and a shuttle to airport. They advertise for a shuttle but didn’t have one apparently even though when we called other locations they said they should. We heard every single noise throughout the whole night and the people in the room above us fought so bad and very late into the night that we had to call the front desk about a DV situation. Then we could hear their early morning conversations through the ceiling as well. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the shower barely had water pressure. The room was clean however and there was no other option for hotels for some reason near the airport so there we were. I would avoid if staying last minute because your flight was cancelled like ours. You’ll be tired, grumpy and out another 30 dollars for an uber to the airport that’s a couple miles away. "

"Room 125 needs work in the bathroom. The metal attached to the light and the metal attached to the shower curtain rod is rusty. The tub needs to be refurbished and also has rust. The room with the bed was nice, Looks like it was painted and the floors looks good."

"Very nice place. Everything needed was provided plus a coffee bar and small snacks (a very nice touch). There was an industrial site nearby that did provide noise, otherwise a very quiet neighborhood. Beds were very firm, but the living room was comfortable and the TV was a large size. Owner was great to work with, he came over to introduce himself the first day. He was super responsive to communication and quickly responded to the one minor issue we had cone up. "

"Loved this stay. The host was easy to communicate with, and really friendly. The location was great, and the host really laid out the red carpet for us. When I come back to visit my family, I will definitely stay here again. "
