The location is 11/10 just a very short stroll to the ocean beach with a provided wagon and beach supplies, and walking distance to LIRR and town. Our kids loved all the toys and games in the house. The backyard is incredibly shaded and private and we loved hanging out on the deck and patio. Hope to be back!"

"Perfect place for a relaxing family holiday , quiet, private and only a short distance to local attractions. Being able to mix up home made meals, grills and nearby restaurants and cafes makes it ideal. Easy to access by both road and rail. We stayed for 6 nights and were blessed with great weather. Pool was a great place to lounge around with a book and a few drinks. We would recommend it to anyone who wants a place to escape to with guaranteed privacy. The local wildlife were an added bonus! "Great location and lovely home! The house is only a short walk from town and a 4 min drive to the beach. Megan and the management team were very communicative and supportive when we experienced car trouble towards the end of our stay. Their personal touch made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle. The house itself was clean and comfortable. My wife and I had a wonderful time visiting the beach in the off-season. "
