“The staff was awesome! From check in, to dinner in the restaurant, to check out, everyone was so nice and kind and helpful. Check in was seamless, and the staff came up to help us with the controls for the air conditioning. she also sent an email immediately when I left my passport at the desk during check in. We had a wonderful conversation, in English, with wait staff in the restaurant. I think they enjoyed practicing their English. And they went out of their way to prepare a vegetarian……

“This Hotel is in a good location, clean, the staff was fantastic. They didn’t know much English but with my translator on my phone we never had a problem. Nothing but smiles.”

“The room was clean, the ambiance of the hotel was great. We loved the bohemian chic decor and modern feel of this hotel which has probably been recently renovated/updated. It was a last minute booking and we were surprised at how nice it was, I wish we had time to enjoy the pool. The breakfast included was perfect. We would definitely stay here again”

“Fue horrible, la mujer que me atendió fue súper grosera por teléfono, avisó media hora DESPUÉS de la hora del check in que cancelaba la reservación, entiendo que no tenía agua en la propiedad pero eso debió avisarlo por lo menos un día antes, nos dejó a mi familia y a mi sin alojamiento ese mismo día! Horrible experiencia ”

“The check-in process was a bit tedious, but that was due to Expedia, not the hotel. To keep a positive experience, the hotel staff was very kind and upgraded us to a beautiful room. We were a family of four, including a 7-year-old child, and each of us had our own bed and private bathroom, which was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, from the front desk staff to the waiters, and especially the bar staff. The entertainment was excellent; the girl who organized the karaoke had……
